Vazha Mamiashvili serves as the Chief Curator of Medieval Archaeological Collections at the Georgian National Museum. A PhD holder in Archaeology, his research is dedicated to the study of medieval Christian monuments and burial structures throughout Georgia. He has a significant international profile, having participated in over 30 scientific expeditions across the Caucasus and abroad, including research projects in Kuwait, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and monographs.
