5th International Congress of Speleology in Artificial Cavities

We are pleased to invite you to HYPOGEA 2026, the international congress dedicated to the study and preservation of artificial cavities, to be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, from 22 to 26 September 2026, under the patronage of the Union Internationale de Spéléologie (UIS).

Georgia, a land rich in extraordinary rock-cut monuments and cultural heritage, offers an inspiring setting for scholars and researchers to exchange knowledge, present new findings, and experience first-hand some of the most remarkable artificial cave complexes of the Caucasus.
