Bolt, Maxim and GG Taxi operate throughout Tbilisi. Using an official app is recommended instead of hailing taxis in the street, as the fare is shown in advance.
Citizens of many countries may enter Georgia visa-free. Other travellers may be eligible to apply through the official e-Visa system.

Participants are encouraged to book accommodation early.
Rehabilitation works on Rustaveli Avenue are expected to continue during the congress period. Surface traffic and bus routes may be diverted, while the metro remains operational. Participants should allow additional travel time and use Liberty Square Metro Station as the most reliable way to reach the Georgian National Museum. Pedestrian access to the museum remains available.
